a monday photo challenge

This is the picture that I'm entering into Louis' Photo Challenge.

                                               

It's definitely a "Spur of the Moment" type of picture. We were singing and we were being pretty hysterical. Sophie got really close to the camera, so I thought that I might as well take advantage of her adorable grin! :) 

I know it's not one of the most amazing photos that I've ever taken, that's for sure! But isn't photography more than that? For me it's about capturing the beauty in life, and also the precious moments that God gives to us. And that's more than enough for me!

i heart faces: pets

This is one of our cats Boo. We named her after the little girl on Monsters Inc. Our family is a little strange that way, i know!  But I'm glad we named her that because her name fits her perfectly. :)

She is so full of energy, it's pretty surprising that this photo even turned out decent cause she's always moving!

"A Monday Photo Challenge"

 I just entered Louis' photo challenge today. You all should too, head over there and choose a picture of a "Place that you love" and enter. It's really easy!
The picture I chose is a picture of our trip Out West this past summer. I absolutely love it out there! I just love the mountains and all the open space. No wonder they call it "Big Sky Country". It was defiantly a trip that I'll never forget :)
